Tony specializes in helping businesses implement Just Culture, combining his academic, industry, and legal insights to foster fair, accountable, and learning-focused workplace environments that enhance safety and employee wellbeing.
Paul Stretton Safety Systems Specialist
Paul is the author of the highly innovative book: Quantum Safety: The New Approach to Risk Management for the Complex Workplace. He is an academic, trainer, author and speaker. Paul has been supporting organisations in high risk industries for over a decade in their approaches to safety. He is a specialist in applying complexity science and new views of safety to shape organisational culture and performance. His approach challenges existing models for safety performance and embraces an understanding of complex systems.
